We stayed in Oct which is out of season and is very quiet! There are not a lot of shops open, but the quiet was fantastic....the hotel staff was so helpful and attentive! We love our stay. :)

Most of the personnel were kind and helpful. The person that checked us in at 4 am was looking over our heads when talking. At 7:30 a housekeeper was vacuuming viciously while banging on the communicating door from the neighboring appartment side. The requested pressing iron was leaking, wasn’t useful for steam ironing. This is an absolutely phenomenal hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and so comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and the whole place was very well run and organized. The breakfast was super for an included buffet and could not have been happier with it. Gym is clean and has everything you'd want and the hot tub outside was also great. Can't remember a similar stay in recent years that quite matched in terms of just everything being exactly what you'd want/hope. Would not consider staying anywhere else if/when we come back to Aspen!

It was a nice property to stay at for the Jas Aspen Music Festival over the Labor Day Weekend. They provided shuttle service as well which was very convenient. For a luxury hotel in Aspen, there were a few minor details I would expect to be fixed. For example, the toilet cover was missing a knob, ice machine on floor was not working, and espresso machine during breakfast was hit or miss. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel; spacious, clean and comfortable room. Just unhappy that there was an extra $45 per night parking fee that isn't clearly disclosed at the time of booking, either on the hotel or Expedia website. It's there if you drill down into the website or fine print, but it would be fairer if they show this in a list of optional services before you book.
