Staff courteous, room clean and shower was hot. We had out dog with us and had a room on the first floor that had a patio door to dog outdoor area. Decor is dated overall but hotel is clean which is what is important to me. Also had garage to park in for extra fee which was a nice option. Free breakfast.

Air conditioning wall unit stopped and did not work, we were very hot at night. Hallways, gym area, elevators, and garage were very creepy and dirty. We were scared. We also couldn’t get any soda or bottled water because the machines only take cash. Please consider people’s safety and security, and needing to feel comfortable. The room is fine, but couldn’t use the coffee machine because cups were not wrapped in plastic for safety. Please do not charge people $500 plus. This is a $150 hotel. The view is pretty, but will not stay here again. Best wishes.

They staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean My only complaint would be they advertise made to order breskfast and it is not. They had pre made scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles and they took your order at the table you could have all three items or chose from the three what you wanted. It was not made to order. I did appreciate the fresh squeezed OJ.

The worst lodging experience of my life. The bathroom door got locked. We had to move to the other room. It was worse than the first one. We couldn’t sleep during the night and left the place at 6 in the morning
