We accidentally booked the wrong date. The cancellation date had expired. They changed the date for us at no charge. They also provided us with preferred parking with our handicap sticker when no other spots were available. The staff were all exceptional.

This property is less expensive than staying in Aspen and convenient to drive there in Less than 20 minutes. The hot tubs were closed due to refurbishment and we were not told about this prior to arrival. If you have a room that faces the front of the building, there are loud deliveries in the early am. The gym area is updated and nice.

Room was nice, front desk lady could have been friendlier, Heather's was not good. Over $50.00 simple breakfast for two. Had to chase down a waitress for butter to put on my cold unbuttered toast. Eggs were overcooked. Ordered over medium, turned out crisp around edge and hard yolk. 20% tip was already added to bill, but there was a place on tab to put a tip. Could have tipped twice. Not good!

Staff was great. I checked in late and left in early in the morning, but the late night receptionist was very welcoming and fast. Room and property were clean and easy to use. Just booked anther two nights for an additional stay this coming week.

I thought the property had a great location. It had a nice outside patio with a fire overlooking a pool that was pretty. I loved the shuttle to and from the JAS Experience. The rooms were a little dark and dated as well as the hallways. Our room was warm and we could not adjust thermostat. Directions were to open a window. We were on the ground floor and didn’t want that open. Also the bar staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. I believe her name was Kate. The bar also had a limited inventory of liquor. We always stopped at the bar and listened to music one night. We came back from festival and sat down and were treated so rudely. We ordered a couple of drinks that could not be made. Kate told us “What we see is what we get” She also said, “you saw me on the ladder looking at our inventory”. We were taken aback by her rudeness. Then we just picked something we saw and ordered it. She said “I don’t have that”. We said, “It’s on the shelf where you told us to look. Had we had another place to go we would have. Big festival weekend and that’s how you treat people.
