My overall rating is mostly based on the customer service- or complete lack thereof that I received on my visit the weekend of September 26th.
When checking in - the guy checking us in firstly showed absolutely no hospitality- not even interested in looking at me let alone any greeting. I asked him where to park and he just says - park across the street in any lot - no more details.
After I couldn’t find parking in any of the 4 parking lots I tried, my fiance (waiting in the hotel lobby) asks the guy that there seems to be no parking available- he rudely responds - “there are 13 parking lots - keep trying “. Not only did this rude person not tell me any of those details, he also didn’t need to be rude to my fiance.
Then, when we actually check in there’s no interaction and no warmth. They didn’t even offer us a bottle of water or anything. Just interested in taking your money and not saying anything.
Additionally, they charge extra fees for the pool or whatever. And again, the person charged my card without telling me that they did when we checked in, let alone mentioning what that was for.
And their cancellation policy is awful also.
They just buy online ads and that’s how they get people to stay - but I’d rather spend more and stay somewhere with actual hospitality
