Great location, easy walking to the boulevard, bar and as a little quiet but we didn’t mind, they did play some questionable tavern music, but did change on request, the bistro was closed all weekend but we didn’t need it, room was great, with tea coffee at complementary water. We would recommend and visit again.

For a week’s stay or any other stay longer than one day, the place doesn't provide water bottles in the ro. The first (and the only day), you get a bottle of 350 ml size. Never before and never after!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

I stayed in a double room on the top floor which was beautifully decorated with art work, including the cushions. It had a fridge and kettle. The free bottle of local wine was a welcome addition. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good location, 5 minute from the underground and no more than 20 minute to walk to all major tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again if I went back to Sofia.

Bed was very comfortable. There was a quirky,lovely turquoise armchair that l particularky liked and the room was large and had good natural light that an artist would appreciate.

Easy 1 dollar ride on Metro from airport, easy walk to hotel from Metro station, near center of town but tucked away on a quiet , neighborhood street with a huge farmers market a couple of blocks away.Breakfast buffet is timely served and immense and delicious. WONDERFUL experience altogether

Friendly hotel

Such a pleasant stay in the most modern and ecxellent hotel. Special thanks to the young guy on the reception evening/night time. You were very friendly, kind and polite. Truly the best client experient one can wish for. The Hotel has best location near the Serdika metro station, and next to the City centre. We walked everywhere. Nice restaurants, cafes and shops near by. Hotel has its own restaurant and the food was cheap and delicious, truly recommended. The room was clean, modern, and so extraordinary in a good way. No noices from the Bar or inner hard (We were on fourth floor with window to inner courtyard). Beds are very good. The Art is everywhere and it is wonderful. We felt very welcome and safe. Truly would recommend this hotel. And will be back myself. Only negative thing was older woman with dark hair serving breakfast 16.6. She was rude, and did not make any effort to serve eggs at 9:30 am (breakfast untill 10:00). Or serve in any other way to make a pleasant breakfast for us.

A good hotel in the centre of Sofia

I typically look at the convenience of the hotel location as the first criterion when choosing a place to stay while travelling. It is very close to Serdika Metro station with one of the subway lines comes from the airport - so no need to take a cab. Close to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral (the couple trips I booked had a gathering spot in this area) and a few other attractions. My hotel room was clean. The breakfast sufficient.

Hotel is recently renovated and everything is clean and fresh. Location is very central for walking to all the main tourist sites, the metro and tram system is also good and quite cheap too. The buffet breakfast is amazing with a good spread of choice and also has excellent options for vegetarians too. There is also a huge supermarket on the main road, not far from the hotel, which is handy.

Fairly small hotel and yet the stay comes with breakfast which was decent. 24/7 open reception is a plus (as I arrived super lat at 1:00am due to disastrous flight connection in a nearby country.) I was worried about by late arrival so I sent the hotel several messages to alert them and they were quick to respond to me. The young man at the reception welcomed me upon arrival. Very cute art decorations throughout the facility and the room I stayed it. When I woke up on the same morning, I had a little time to explore the area but there wasn’t much to see unlike the other hotel I stayed at at the end of the trip. Overall however, it is a nice hotel which I will consider utilizing it when/if I am in the city again in the future. Oh, they have an elevator!
