It was a very short walk from the train station. And the hotel has an attached casino which serves free drinks and dinner if you opt to make the free casino card (for which you have to provide your passport). Also the breakfast buffet has a very nice spread with a pancake making machine (not the single ones that are found in US, but more like a robot that churned out mini pancakes). Received two complimentary bottles of water as well. It was an easy walk from the hotel to Serdika.

Ramada is a house hold name, and the reason I chose the hotel. I should have known better with the previous reviews. Dingy, dirty and overall the cigarette filled lobby wafting all up to the room I was staying in was very unpleasant. You get what you pay for though. I don’t believe the room I actually booked (king, superior) was the room I received. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the spa and swimming pool bc I wasn’t feeling very well. But it’s deff a good addition. The breakfast is very extensive! You have everything you would like to have for breakfast. So that’s a plus. But the room itself is definitely not 4stars worth. Very outdated and dirty walls and old bed and matras. And it was very hot inside while the heater was off. I didn’t get it! So I had to keep the window open at night while sleeping. Couldn’t sleep well bc of the sound of the trams early morning. Anyways overal it was okay stay for that amount of money. (Cheap for west Europeans)

The best in long time
I travel a lot and it is long time I could say I was 100 prosent satisfied.I hade newly redecorated room,staff was friendly,breakfast was good.The swimming pool and SPA excellent.Specially the size of the swimming pool.Topp location.Next time I am staying there,that is sure!
