시설이 너무 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절해서 너무너무 만족스러운 호텔이예요~~~ 욕실도 엄청깨끗했어요! 다음에 또방문하고싶어요~

아이들이 아직 3살 이하라서 온돌방이용했어요. 역시 잠자리는 침대 메트리스보다는 불편했지요. 근처 맛집 접근성은 좋았어요. 다만, 욕실은 물떼도 보이고 약간 관리가 안되기 시작한 것 같아요. 주차는 빈자리가 거의 없었고 빈 곳은 폭이 좁아서 주차에 너무 힘들었습니다.

신축호텔이라 깔끔하고 청초호 주변 관광지와 가까워 이동이 편리하였습니다. 특히 펫룸 써비스로 패드와 대변봉투 삑삑이 인형은 감동적이였습니다.

속초에 신축 호텔생겨서 방문해봤는데요 침구도 깨끗하고 편안하고 방문도 수월해서 좋았어요 직원분도 친절해서 재방문 해보고싶은 호텔이였어요^^

반려견동반여행이였습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 신축이라 깨끗하고 시내라 편했습니다 한가지 단점은 룸에 들어가자마자 페인트같은 냄새가 나서 몇시간 창문열고 지냈습니다 전반적으로 좋았습니다

오픈한지 얼마 안된 곳이래서 헐레벌떡 예약했어요. 컨디션도 너무 좋고 시티뷰였는데 호수,바다뷰로 업그레이드 해주셔서 엄마랑 1박 2일 잘 쉬다갑니다!
