We stayed in a cottage, which was situated in a good location, close to tne beach. This resort is off a rugged but beautiful stretch of coast. The resort is beautiful, plenty of nature all around. It’s spread out over a hilly site, but has a free electric golf buggy service to get you about. There resort also offers a good mixture of swimming pools and cash bars. The entertainment on offer was good if you wanted it. We did an excellent excursion by boat along the coast as far a Cala Luna. Some of these beaches are stunning. We snorkelled every day and saw a good variety of fish. It’s a really nice resort and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed some parts of the hotel such as the pool and private beach for which towels are provided daily, the entertainment was lovely and quite entertaining, even though it was meant for kids. What really disappointed us was the food, the selection was very minimal and the quality of the food does not correspond with the 4 star hotel rating. Moreover, the 'air conditioning' which is not air-conditioning but central heating and cooling was horrid, we barely slept for the first 3 nights while it was on full blast for the whole 3 days, and then we kind of slept on the last day but we had to sleep on a single sofa bed directly under the port where the coolness comes out. We spoke with reception who were helpful and subsequently sent maintenence whom did nothing. We were not offered alternative accommodation making it quite an un-enjoyable experience. The doors are also very thin and slam hard, so we kept being woken up by doors slamming. Other than that, the room was amazing, I believe we got upgraded to room 3406 which had a crazy panoramic view and we really enjoyed that. No complaints about housekeeping, super clean and tidy work, props. Front desk were all super lovely especially the guy who checked us in, we forgot his name but he was truly lovely. Big up to the entertainment team, you made us laugh and enjoy it x Very good destination, accessible but food is simply horrible and almost no restaurants around (2 close that dont open on Mondays) -KC

Forte Village is a family holiday paradise. I will preface this by saying we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to Le Dune on arrival so this review pertains to this part of the property. From the moment we arrived, the transition from check in to entering our room was flawless. The staff were extremely accommodating to our two babies in tow and were able to convert the day bed into an infant bed and also provided us with a cot for our younger baby. The standout for this resort is the wide variety of amenities, and whilst it is certainly a luxury resort, children are made to feel at the forefront of their ethos rather than an afterthought. My husband ended up being unwell during the trip and so the kids club ended up being an absolute lifesaver for me! It even has a shallow pool which meant I could safely supervise both my babies while they went swimming there. Other exceptional amenities include the multiple pool, including an absolutely gorgeous main pool, the extremely beautiful and well equipped gym, and the diversity of restaurant options on site. The resort is connected to a crystal clear beach with direct beach access, which is particularly close at Le Dune. Finally, the staff made this experience exceptional. I cannot thank enough the kindness of all the reception staff at Le Dune, especially Giulia, who was checking in on us on a daily basis. All the staff at the kids club were amazing - especially Sara and Valentina!

Beautiful property and unbelievable hospitality

The setting for the hotel is beautiful. It’s quite a quiet hotel and kids are technically welcome at the Conrad but it didn’t feel like that. There is however a great and bigger pool at the Village as part of the broader resort so that was great and the beach is gorgeous. The kids club staff are really lovely and have lots of energy. Rooms are great and location great for exploring beautiful beaches.
