Excellent location very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms including WIFI. Rooms cleaned and fresh beach towels daily. Area felt safe and accessible by foot.

SUPPER HOTEL IN SUPER LOCATION

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is in pristine condition. It has it's own car park which is a great help as parking in the town is not straightforward. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful a a really great stay.

Perfect location to explore Port de Sóller and the beautiful local area. Nice quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Would love to return.

Beautiful location. Wonderful hotel. Unfortunately there was a bad smell all along the front of the beach area but not the fault of the hotel. It was an organic problem regarding the beach. I'd come back again for sure.

Lovely stay. Lovely staff, nice pool, nice spa facilities, good breakfast selection, beautiful location. As I booked one of the cheapest rooms it was in the annaex next door to the main building but was very quick and easy to get to. Still a nice clean room with aircon.

Checked in to a third floor mountain facing room and checked for bed bugs like I always do. The mattress had lots of tiny blood stains so I asked to be moved and they offered to change the sheets. The hotel was completely booked so they let me stay for one night in the owner's rental apartment in a different building but wanted me to go back into the hotel room the second night. I ended up not staying the second night. They didn't charge me for that but felt more could have been done due to the whole inconvenience.

Port de Soller Oasis

Such a relaxing, beautiful hotel. The location and amenities are fantastic (breakfast every morning, sauna/jacuzzi reservation in spa, beach across the street, short walk to main port de soller area). The hotel is very clean and quiet at night. We had an amazing 4 nights here and would certainly come back!

What a lovely hotel . Staff all pleasant and helpful . Isobel was so kind and helpful . Everywhere was clean and tidy. Super pool and sun beds . If you prefer the beach it’s literally on your doorstep. Beautiful sea to swim in . Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still quiet and relaxing . Local bus transport good as well as the tram to Soller. Fabulous stay - thank you so much

If you’re staying in the annexe expect 2* quality

Reviews looked good, location great, so we booked a standard double room and were told a higher floor Mountain View room. Perfect. On arrival we were given a ground floor disabled room 102 next to the entrance door with a view of a wall. It was dark with no privacy at all. That night the relentless slamming of the entrance door from people getting back at midnight to people leaving for flights or breakfast at the early hours was tortuous (just add a soft close hinge?!) along with the loud unsettling water pipe running behind our headboard waking us up every time someone flushed the toilet. After 2 awful nights they moved us to room 331with a balcony but it felt like a 2* than than a 3*. We stayed at the Capri in Pollenca which was 3* and its so much better for cleanliness and quality of room. There were dead mosquitos on the walls leaving blood marks, small cockroaches in the bathroom, and an ants nest behind one of the skirting boards - we woke up to hundreds of ants attacking my rucksack one morning. The room was very tired and dated and just needs a proper clean. We were happy to leave by the end. Seafood spaghetti at the restaurant was disgusting the worst meal of the week. A lady working on the breakfast service with curly blonde hair and glasses was extremely rude to my partner as she was getting a coffee and we complained to management. We do want to mention Danielle on reception and Jaime in the bar - both very nice and helpful with a great attitude.
