The room was clean, however it smelled like mold inside and bathroom shower ceiling had some visible mold. The Caracoles restaurant staff were pretty slow when bringing in drinks when asked, even after multiple times, I’m not sure if there was lack of communication. I also find that although not everyone can be as respectful, past 12am, other guests were still blasting music and being loud because I don’t think there are “quite hours”.

Amamos este hotel, las amenidades son ideales para todas las edades , desde los más pequeños hasta los más grandes. Mi familia la pasó muy bien.

Beautiful views and tasty breakfast

Nice colonial style “Hacienda” in front of lake Atitlán. Gardens were awesome, food was great and rooms were confortable.
