Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience.

This was our first time in an all inclusive place so we were a bit hesitant. The check in was a bit hectic but after that all went smooth. The room was nice overlooking a garden and pool. A big room with a nice balcony. The pools were all very nice and the staff were all friendly. The nicest part of the pools was a very little 'copy'of the Nile River. The food overall was very good. Especially the desserts. The main cafeteria was just as good as all the smaller specialty restaurants. Lots of little activities. Other highlights: the gardens were beautiful and the staff work really hard to maintain the gardens. It's great to just walk around the property and get your steps in too. We also did the snorkeling cruise which was really well done and the crew on the boat were friendly and in good humor. Cocktails were good. Beer and wine not so great but still passable. A very relaxing stay. (Should be noted wifi is not free in the rooms, but device passes were cheap if you need one)

UNMATCHED !! BEST HOTEL EVER!! We have been to many many hotels but this stands out as the best ever! From the reception and friendly staff, specially Mirna the receptionist! All the staff are welcoming you with a very nice smile, helping hands in every thing, asking if you wanna somethg while u don't! Then the room!! What is that?! Spacious one, with dressing room, mini living room and that spacious bathroom! What is that?! AMAZING! and then to the pools and beach! Very clean, tempting water color even in the pool! Very big pool surrounding all the places in the hotel, accessible from all points! And last but not least, restaurants and food! Food is amazing! Variety is the main headline with the highest quality! Unmatched in Egypt! You find vegetarian, beef, chicken, seafood everyday and desserts I can't tell more than HEAVEN! (if u love high quality food like me :). All of the above with the very vibrant atmosphere but calm at the same time! U don't know how!! But it happens here Finally everything is more than perfect!

Our stay here is beyond exceptional . Every one is professional and welcoming . Food options are alot and ameneties are top notch . Will be coming back

The room is spacious, clean, stylish and has amazing sea views. Staff were very nice, in particular, Khalil at the reception was really helpful and always ready to support and make the most of the stay. There is 1 big pool and direct access to the beach.
