Hotel is in decent shape, rooms are dirty, bathrooms are moldy, staff is great, and that’s about it.. didn’t have a chance to try breakfast but I heard it’s good ….should I stay there again, I don’t think so.

The design of the hotel is lovely. The staff were very helpful. Excellent location, walkable for buses and restaurants.

The shower needed a deep clean, it had pink and black molds growing in the grout as well as in the shower nook and floor. There was urine on the sign above the toilet. You can hear everything from the very busy pedestrian road below. The breakfast was greasy and not tasty.

Hotel was in a good location for our work trip and included all the essentials

I chose it coz it close to public transport from airport and it’s right within the city. Great choice. Within minutes of walking to tourist places and shopping centres. The breakfast was abundant! Lots of protein and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning works but I couldn’t figure out the tv lol. I would stay here again.

I stayed at Square-9 regularly for 12 years now, remarkably consistent: clean, location is great, the staff is super-nice and helpful, the breakfast is great. The two gripes I have with the hotel haven't changed in these years, either: they really should add more/better cardio machines in the gym (all machines, really) and they really must stop allowing smoking in the lobby - I mean, children would be having breakfast in the clouds of smoke, who does that nowadays...
