The hotel accommodation is very good, also very close to the main historic area, and breakfast was excellent. The only thing is that they forgot to replace the towels one day. But in general a very good experience 👍

All areas were always cleaned and housekeeping/staff were all great!

This is a beautiful hotel. Everyone was great, helpful and friendly.

Pésimo servicio, a pesar, de que ya había pagado el hospedaje a través de Expedia, en recepción me dijeron, que para ellos no era válido ese pago y que debía pagar nuevamente en el hotel. No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto.
