Shower curtain and pole fell down on kids while showering. The bed frame cut my leg and my neice ankle. As well as desk collapse putting a cupcake up there. Additionally, adjoining rooms door was broken and had dry wall screws in it and not deadbolt screws. Now only that, they DO NOT DRAIN OR CLEAN POOL. ALL THEYRE DOING IS ADDING MORE CHLORINE AND IT BURNS SO BAD CANT SEE UNDERWATER NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. Additionally so much scum build up around the pool, that people tag their names in the scum. DISGUSTUNG.

The room we were given had adjoining doors on both sides. The sound from both adjacent rooms travelled easily through these doors. It is a big hotel and I am not sure why they would put guests in rooms right beside each other if they had the space not to do so.

The hotel was nice and had multiple dining options and a place to get coffee. The front desk workers were so kind! The coffee shop employee was a bit grumpy (maybe he needed some coffee? 😂). The parking lot was very large and fit my 21 foot camper van. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The bed was very comfortable. To turn on the shower, you had to have your arm in the water when you first turned it on, which makes your arm get sprayed with cold water. The sound travels between the rooms. My neighbor had a nightmare, which woke me up and then his spouse was yelling at him to wake up. I could hear it all.
