Early check-in fee, terrible hospitality

The fact that you guys wanna charge $25 early check-in fee disgust me after I’ve been driving all day you wanna make me sit in the lobby with no air conditioning and wait to check in a half hour early is terrible service and you need to learn more about hospitality.

The stay was good for the most part the only down side was that haveing the ice machine just outside the room made it noisy when people were constantly grabbing ice throughout the night but aside frome that the stay was gun and great for family trips

We booked three rooms for two nights while traveling with friends. Rooms were all clean, with a Japanese aesthetic. Staff was scant, when we asked for something, they promised to deliver to the rooms but after waiting until 11pm, I called, and was told we will have to come down (from 7th floor) to get it as no one was available, but they did not inform us earlier. The next morning, was woken up by some loud clanging-like sounds as if someone was kicking at a metal door, that went on all morning randomly. After complaining twice, no one came to check, and we were offered a different room after 1pm. Breakfast (paid separately) was very good, the lady who took the order was efficient and helpful in getting everything right on both mornings. The location is very convenient to GSP & Oaktree Rd restaurants & shopping at a great price. Would stay again.
