The Quality Inn is a property that has seen many years of use. The owners seem to be in the process of replacing worn-out carpets with new flooring and adding features like new lighting. There doesn't seem to be a coordinated plan for the renewal, but the property is a place to sleep and have a decent breakfast, no more. One complaint: soundproofing between the rooms is poor. The price was right and the location in terms of the Smithfield Shopping Center is advantageous.

The hotel was average at best, the room and bathroom could have been cleaner and so could the hotel itself. We only spent about 7 hours here for quick overnight stay before driving back home so it served its purpose

Staff was great and the building was easy to find. Only concern I had was the door to the room was left propped open by the top lock when we arrived. Nothing was effected inside but it did concern us that anyone could’ve gotten into our room.

My kids and I stayed here for 5 days so we could visit NYC without spending a fortune. It was an hour drive into the city, so it worked out perfectly. Staff was amazing!!! Will most definitely stay again

El hotel está muy cómodo. Buen desayuno y muy buena atención. Limpio y con las necesidades básicas cubiertas. Lo único malo es la gran cantidad de gente fumando mariguana y llenando por todos lados de olor apestoso.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The amenities, from the parking to the on-site dining, were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience!

Hairs in the bathroom. Unfortunately i received service from the employee that was the least helpful. I hear the other associate telling his guest that there’s an event and giving a run down of parking difficulties etc. So now I’m concerned about noise and heavy foot traffic. He told me my room number 2__ and i asked was it near the elevator, his response was it’s on the second floor. I repeated the question and he said my room was down the hall from the elevator. Literally when i got off the elevator, my room was right there!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Came to our room and there was tissue in the peep hole. ceiling has mold in the corner. There was no shower gel but I knew that from previous reviews so I knew to bring my own.
