I requested accessible and expected a walkin shower. We got a tub about 18" high. I fell flat on the floor and hit my head on the wall getting out of the tub. Which is why i thought it meant a walk-in shower. If i had a walker or wheelchair i could not have gotten around in that room. Loretta Flicker

I booked this hotel for one night for my son at 10 pm, he missed the NY train and he had to stay somewhere at night and because he was 19, almost 20 they didn’t let him stay. their policy is that you have to be 21 years old.I called and asked to let him stay few hours. supervisor didn’t let him stay. other hotel wasn’t available , so he had yo stay at the train station.

Beyond disgusting and filthy. Paper thin walls, severely trashed hotel walls and doors along with ripped screens .Tub was patched with tape and human hair. Unfortunately didn’t get past clearly fake reviews to alarming reviews that are clearing all not fabricated. This is not a hotel nor should they be able to operate as one. It’s like a shelter.

Stayed one night, accessible room had mold all over the bathroom, in the shower was the worst. We killed two bugs in the bathroom. Our room had a disturbing sound going off every 20 seconds and we had to complain to the front desk. Tried to enjoy the pool but there was constriction happening right near the pool that made it unenjoyable
