Check in was prompt. Our stay was nice and quiet just what we needed before our next stop Special mention to the house keeping who religiously was on the job every day . Only con was the beds were a bit soft … other than that I honestly can’t complain and hopefully will be back again

First time staying at this hotel or i would rather say motel. The front desk worker was bit rude no personality what so ever no good afternoo welcome just give your ID. Then i saw children unsupervised running around and jumping from the stairs. My company got me the supposed hotel becuase it was like 2 min to the store. I had to check out early do to the fact that the noise was unbearable. Left one day early and went to the holiday inn down the road it was further from where i was giving the meeting but i was able to sleep. Shout out to the cleaning that cleaned my room very respectful.

The rooms were overall well maintained however we had to be moved to another room bc appliances and tv were not connected to electricity. The continental breakfast is misleading: it’s definitely a snack with tiny fruit and chips yogurt—delivered in a paper bag pushed through a small opening in the pane that separated the customer and server: coffee, orange/apple juice all you can drink I’d stay here again bc I know what to expect and the rooms wre clean, ice machine worked. Not all rooms come complete appliances. First room did not have an iron and board. This place could really build an excellent rep if they brushed up on a few things. Least expensive lodging also.

Perfectly nice place to stay. Clean and comfy beds! One of the guests got a bit loud one of the mornings (yelling, slamming door…) I called front desk to check on them, and got no answer 😅 Other than that, it was fine. I’d stay there again! Close to Metropark if you wanted to take public transportation into New York City.
