The housekeeping was not up to par. There was dirt on the carpet outside my door for 3 days, the hadn't vacuumed. The towels smelt like clorine, the room was average at best. Needed an upgrade to the bathroom

We stayed in room 415. The room did not have a fridge. When it came to going to bed we wanted to put a DND sign since usually housekeeping comes knocking super early and we wanted to rest. There was no DND sign to hand on the doorknob. Other than that it was ok.
