It just wasn’t what I expected. The security guard for the pool was insulting our intelligence. There was no common area to enjoy your own food and drinks. They told us to go in the back corner and sit if we wanted to bring our own food and drink. Then came over and said there is $40 corkage fee. You can’t tell us to go somewhere and then come tell us that we can’t. Also the place needs to be updated.

i enjoyed how spacious the room was. i also enjoyed the breakfast, didnt get to use the restaurant but people were. staff were courteous and helpful. the evening reception left a little to be desired. couldve been better compared to other brands. no stores close enough to walk to but you can go to the next exit and get some stuff

I love this hotel. It has buffet breakfast in the morning and a make your own omelette station. The rooms are clean and big. They come with a living room. We had a great time.

I was there with my son who was moving to dorm the next day. Unfortunately, my son for the first night got Spider bite and his arm was really swollen, red and painful but when I reported the incident to the manager, I even didn’t hear any type of sympathy or concern from them. I was expecting the management would respond more professionally and responsive towards the situation. I was told they checked my room but they never communicated any of that with me so I slept the next night with all worries about being bite by spiders like my son. Really poor communication and compassion sadly!
