Mixed bag

The hotel itself was very nice and clean as well as convenient to find. We had stayed here a couple years ago and were happy. This time the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't switch rooms. After 11 pm the hotel.was really quiet except for the room next door. They had a white noise machine or CPAS machine running all night. We could hear it through the walls and several family members were kept awake until 3 am. We didnt call the front desk as we knew the hotel was totally full. The next morning at breakfast, the kitchen and seating area was wall to wall people. They ran out of food except for a couple items by 9:45am. Breakfast went until 10 am. The beds seemed to be harder this time and it was hard to get comfortable to sleep. We will return here in the future if needed, but hopefully with less issues. The night crew was excellent in providing extra blankets, ideas for dinner and excellent checkin service.

I like the peace and quite I didnt like that the breakfast options were so limited and pretty much the same menu considering we stayed for two weeks. I must point out Maggie and her warmth and exceptional service, she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a memorable one.

Works for us but could use an upgrade!

This hotel is close to family so it works for an occasional visit. Didn’t have the breakfast or use any amenities so we were just there for the bed (which was comfortable). Little things in the room seemed old and/or broken - the towel rack, the hot water faucet that wouldn’t turn off all the way, the bedside lamp and the very noisy radiator.

Asia was amazing. The room and facility were clean. The breakfast was adequate. There are times when they could have used another waffle maker as the line was continually long behind it, but I'm sure ebbs and flows as people come down for breakfast. They did everything they could to make my stay excellent.
