Better than average

The lobby was clean and cool, breakfast area the same. The two rooms we had were HUMID, one of them very musty smelling. Even running the a/c didn't help. They were more humid than the outdoors at night. Breakfast was pretty good, but the only fresh fruit provided was a couple of bananas and some really, really old and awful apples. Overall better than average with comfy beds and baby crib provided.

I checked into this hotel on August 12th. I originally booked two nights, but because the pool water wasn't heated, I successfully canceled one night with the front desk on August 12th and changed it to one night. The front desk told me they would refund me. I checked out on August 13th, but why haven't they refunded me?

Nice size room, but had trouble getting them to clean it. We stayed 4 nights and wanted it to be clean (new towels and sheets and empty garbage) after 2nd night, but they didn’t clean until after 3rd night when we asked repeatedly. Pool was too cold. Breakfast was the best part, amazing cinnamon rolls!

I love the food options, the staff was so nice. They were amazing. My hotel room was beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone is also a very convenient location if you need to shop for groceries or other things.

This hotel could do with some upgrades the water pressure was too low and the ice machine on the 2nd and 4th floors don’t work. The other issue was the elevator which was out of service completely during part of my stay and we had to take the stairs and then only one elevator was eventually working. However, I can’t say enough about the staff who were the absolute best especially Ms. Ruth who should be the poster child for what a great customer service person should be!!!!!!
