All basics well covered.
The breakfast was surprisingly great, try the hot cinnamon rolls. Room was clean, all basic amenities covered. Friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more from a basic hotel stay.

All of the employees are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is old and dated (examples: furniture, incandescent lighting, carpeting; floor tiles in the elevators were chipped & broken). Surprisingly, the room had no closets or luggage rack.

Didnt tell anyone the hotel was underconstruction so all we heard was banging outside our room. So we couldnt sleep in... refrigerator would rock forward when you open the door so it dumped our stuff out, chair was torn up, parts of the molding were chipped off...

The place was ok. Our room lock didn’t work and a light inside kept flickering. We had issues with our room keys working even after having new ones reissued. Overall, better maintenance could be done. Staff was friendly though.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Food labeled as “egg white and veggie omelette” was actually just scrambled egg whites no Veggies in sight. Scrambled eggs tasted like hard boiled egg yolks. Watered down apple juice. Pancake machine was “out of order”. Cheap shortcuts made the food/juice bad quality. We picked this hotel because breakfast was included and we ended up having to still spend money after leaving to get breakfast. Lint, dust, and hair found in the actual room.
