The only negatives were the miscommunication. Vanity lights not working. TV in bedroom did not work. Was offered to switch rooms but declined due to too much work. Allowed maintenance a few hours to repair but was totally inconvenienced. Was offered a partial refund but refused because I booked with a third party even though I'm a Hilton honors this member.

Place is conveniently located near shopping areas, fast-foods, restaurants, groceries, etc. Staff were hospitable, respectful and helpful with concerns. Overall cleanliness is maintained. The only issue we had was the pool was closed because one of the kids threw up in the pool after lunch, so when we get there, they had to clean the area. We checked out the next day and unfortunately, my kids were disappointed for not being able to enjoy the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

hidden gem. Clean , great staff but the best was their extended breakfast time every day till 10am and the standard checkout is at noon . For those 2 things alone its worth staying here

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Other areas of the hotel were nicely decorated and clean. Several light switches and the ceiling fan did not work in my room. The air worked great in my room, however, there were other areas of the hotel that were overly warm and could have been cooler and more comfortable. The included breakfast was ok and there were decent options. Pool area was extremely hot and very loud. The floor was also very wet and slippery and could have been better maintained and kept up to avoid incident.
