The receptionist was amazing. She was the only upside to my visit. The TV in the room didn’t work. The change machine didn’t work. To me the most important things are cleanliness and the you get what you paid for. How can you rent me a room and the TV doesn’t work. Also the receptionist told me they only had Samsung which comes standard for free on every samgsumg tv. Not only is this establishment to cheap to purchase cable or satellite for its customers. The free service that comes with every Samsung tv didn’t work. I will never stay here again or book a room with Expedia

We were supposed to have a balcony. When I booked it, it said balcony and we did not have a balcony. The room said it slept for. We had three towels to washcloths for four people. We told him downstairs and when they cleaned our room. They only gave us three towels and two washcloths. The room had an odor to it.the pool had no towels.

was hesitant to book, but the pool was excellent… the guy running the desk was very nice. our room is extremely clean.. everything has been great. there is no smells… nothing broken… and again the pool is amazing for being a cheaper hotel!

The overall appearance of the hotel was dingy and minimally maintained. My room smelled of cigar smoke but I was quickly moved to another room. I had concerns about the people I observed outside and inside the premises.
