The door to our room wasn't closing and locking thoroughly, we noticed days later that ee was leaving our room with a improper locked door and it could be open easily. We brought it to the front desk and they sent a maintenance person speaking mostly Spanish but dud fux the door correctly on the second to last day of our 5 day stay.

Very mediocre hotel

The hotel uses chemical fragrance diffusers throughout the property obviously to mask the building's run down odors. I am not a fan of these perfumes. Everything about the place is average. Sinks in hotel room bath are tiny. Given the location in Woodbridge, a horrible hosgepodge of strips on fast moving and dangerous highways, this is probably as good a place as any to stay. Certainly does not deserventhe excellent rating posted on hotels dot com and Expedia, which by the way are scandalously poor third party room providers.

Spacious room, full breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. A few quirks: no closet bar high enough to hang a dress, and the room had no do-not-disturb door tag (nor could the desk provide one) or information about the hotel’s amenities (such as the laundry room, which I appreciated).

We went to this hotel for overnight stay with family. Staff was friendly and place was clean. Breakfast thats included is awful, barely eatable. We ended up eating out which of course adds to the expenses and time you end up spending to driving to another location. We lost couple of hours of our day and $100 breakfast we had to pay because their breakfast was subpar
