Value for money, 24/7 coffee availability, plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, easy to get to places including Rutgers University, good washer and dryer but unfortunately no quarter changer machine and the front desk doesn't have either.

Good area for food choices. It's New Jersey though so the roads make no sense at all and are also a safety hazard incase there are real emergencies out there.
