My 1st time there several years ago was very positive, however, over the last couple of visits, there has been a considerable decline in cleanliness and comfort. I don’t believe I will be using this facility on my next trip.

The room was not very clean. The dishes in the dish washing machine were dirty. I was not satisfied with room at all. The only thing was Jose was very kind and helpful in checking me in.

I'll start by saying all 3 staff that we spoke with were fantastic! However the road noise and lack of amenities for short term stays made this the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby, no ice machine, no bathroom amenities (conditioner etc), no iron etc. If the hotel is geared towards long term stays that should be mentioned and/or 1 night bookings should not be accepted.

Never again

This is not really a hotel as most of the residents are permanent. Cooking odors everywhere all the time. Smell of cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vent. No iron, hairdryer. Hangers in the room. Floor and counters dirty. On the positive side the guy at the desk did everything he could to find hangers, iron and hair dryer. Also all the residents we met were nice.

Not good for a 1 or 2 night stay

This property is geared toward long term rentals not 1 or 2 night stays Floors were dirty, and we had to hunt for any dish wear ( it was all in the dishwasher) Even though this was a “suite” with full kitchen a coffee maker was not included. The front desk offered us one but it required filters and coffee and for one night it wasn’t worth the effort
