Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money.

Manod was by far the most helpful out of the staff. My stay here in India went great. On my first night I didn’t do enough research and noticed I did not have the proper charging adapter for my phone. Manod kindly asked around the staff and they provided me with an adapter for the nights to come. Manod always had a smile on his face and you could tell he was genuinely happy to be at your service. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay near main attractions and the city this is the place to be!

Great customer service, good food and clean hotel.

I don’t like writing ad reviews, but this time I feel I have to. I really wanted to like the place, but … We arrived late at night around 11 pm. The room we were given was without any windows, torn duvet cover with dirty blanket coming out. The water in the toilet was running. We asked for a different room and they took us to the room with smelled of cigarettes. The whole hotel had very unpleasant smell. They put the mothball chemicals everywhere around. It was overwhelming. That said the location is great, short walk from eastern gate. If you are a coffee drinker, they only have instantly coffee. Staff was nice , they put us in a better room for a second night.

Sucked for the money stay away
