The room and view were very nice, and the room service and food were very good. Best to have a car to come here or wait for an Uber (very scarce) or take a tuktuk to Guatape. The real problem is the music which starts about 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Non-stop reggaeton and reggae at levels that reach into the room with guests partying below you. If you are into a party hotel, then you may not mind the non-stop music. If you are looking for a relaxing boutique hotel to think, relax and read, this is not your place.

Room was too close to a gay disco, the sound was very intense and they dont clean the room over the weekend and they dont have ice or any service an usual hotel had.
