A limpeza se fdazia presente nas instalações. Equipe de funcionários gentis e prestativos,. O café da manha nota 7 ( de 01 a 10), Achei muito bom pois o suco de laranja era natural, e o pão de queijo maravilhoso; faltou iogurte natural desnatado, para colocar na granola. Faltou opção de omelete, ovo frito, havia somente ovo mexido. As instalações do hotel em geral são bem antigas. O espaço para estacionar o carro foi suficiente.. A suíte que fiquei foi de quarto e sala ( bem espaçosa)., porém havia um sofá com no mínimo 30 anos de idade.. Falta modernização no geral. No geral o custo beneficio compensou.

Na verdade um hotel que foi dado um tapa/arrumado. Elevador velho barulhento. A piscina diz que é climatizada mas como é aberto fica fria. Sinceramente um hotel razoável. Academia pequena e velha. Um detalhe a luz do ar condicionado do quarto ilumina a noite toda, fica claro o quarto. Café também nada especial o básico.

A localização do hotel é ótima (ao lado do Sorocaba Shopping e com fácil acesso de tudo com Uber). Fomos super bem atendidos durante nossa estadia por: Jussara, André, Keitty e João. Sempre super solícitos. O quarto escolhido foi o "casal luxo" e ficamos no último andar (7º). Achei ele com um ótimo custo-benefício. Wi-Fi super funcionando durante todo o tempo. Minha única consideração é a TV não ser smart (não ter acesso à streamings e etc). hotel conta com uma piscina modesta, mas como não é coberta, sofre interferência direta do clima. No dia que usamos, estava bem fria. O café da manhã é uma delícia! Enfim, foi uma experiência bacana e consideraria o hotel numa próxima estadia :))
