Hotel Capri offers 5 Star Luxury hotel style while maintaining its unique, boutique charm. The staff were tremendous in handling all of our specific needs. They provided personal service as if we were the only guest on property. Terese (Manager) and her staff were extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would rather the pool stay opened later than 6pm. The location, the staff, the amenities made this one of our best hotel experiences while in Italy.

Loved Hotel Capri. Very spacious lounge area and nice looking pool. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful selection of food to select. Tip - air conditioning will not turn on if window is open.

Nice hotel, lobby is very nicely decorated and the front desk staff were great - they gave us some brilliant restaurant recommendations. Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Sorrento old town and getting to the ferry port for day trips. Enjoyed the pool. The room was nice with good air con but shower pressure not the best and shower door wouldn’t close properly. General manager not the easiest to communicate with, they misunderstood us a couple of times which was a bit awkward. Have to speak to the chef to order some items for breakfast but orders aren’t written down and mine was forgotten.

Our 3 night stay in Hotel Capri was wonderful. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed & valued. The service was excellent. The location was perfect & right in the centre of Sorrento. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide choice of both hot & cold food. The pool was just right. Not too noisy & the perfect place to relax in the centre of Sorrento. Thank you to Theresa & the team for making my 50th trip so perfect!

A really lovely newly refurbished hotel that was clean and fresh. It had a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection that really sets you up for the day. It is also perfectly located with just a short walk to everything you meed, shops, restaurants buses and trains. The added bonus for us to was that it was adults only. It really was the perfect base for us. Highly recommend.
