Throughout the process they were communicative and responsive. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in while we took a day trip to Capri, which was really appreciated. It is about a 15 minute downhill walk to the port. The staff are so nice and accommodating and the breakfast in the morning had a variety to select from and was delicious.

The breakfast is amazing! They can make eggs to your style but we decided to stick to what they served since we are in Italy and it was all delicious. The staff were all friendly from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is located around the corner and I gated parking lot of a business which has cameras and a gate code to get in and out. The hotel is located down the street from all the restaurants and shopping so it’s easy 5-10mins walk. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Sorrento again

Martina and Nello welcomed us. This was a great hotel. Easy to walk to where all the action is. Good location, clean spacious room and great staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast.

This hotel was in a great location. Very walkable or easy to get a taxi. The staff was so nice, friendly and welcoming. Martina helped is with recommendations for restaurants which were all wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious every morning. Would definitely stay here again. We loved our time in Sorrento

Everyone was friendly and kind. The front desk staff was super helpful and provided information and suggestions about the location. Antonella who cooked breakfast every morning was superb. Her breakfast was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day. Plus we had a nice balcony we were able to sit in the evenings before going out for dinner. Overall excellent hotel.

Honestly I really loved my stay here. It’s such a cute spot and so walkable about 5-10 minutes from the main strip of restaurants and shopping. About a 15 minute walk to the beach and the port to the ferries. Reception was so lovely! I would stay here again.

Initial room mix up but great staff
Stayed at Maison Kalea for four nights as part of our honeymoon to Italy. Things initially started badly as we were given the wrong room - it was a downgrade on what we'd booked, and we weren't informed in advance or on arrival by the receptionist. It was disappointing as we'd been really looking forward to the room we'd booked, and we weren't able to change it or get a refund for the difference on our first night. However, the next day reception were able to move us to the correct room and the staff were really apologetic about the mix up. Despite the above there were loads of positives to our stay - the hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the location is ideal for a short walk into the centre of Sorrento. We would stay again if we came back.
