A must stay!
What a fantastic little hole in the wall off of the beaten path in the middle of town. Super cute boutique hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Luigi was incredibly attentive - always asking for feedback and providing personal recommendations which made our trip pure perfection! Highly recommend!

the location cannot be better, walkable to everything and the free breakfast was very good. they even insisted on taking our luggage all the way through town to the elevator to the dock. The set up with the bed upstairs in a loft was a bit odd and the stairs steep so would not get that type of room with elderly or children. otherwise, highly recommend

Great stay all around and a fantastic host in Luigi. Place was clean, very easy to get to from the train station, and perfectly situated only one block from the main square and 10 mins from the port. Rooms look recently redone with a modern bathroom and an AC unit that doesn’t quit. We even got a few discounts at local stores due to their relationship with the owner. Thanks for having us Luigi it was a killer trip!

Best location, close to the center/port, attractions and restaurants. We used this as a base for traveling to Positano, Capri, etc. The hotel and room was very clean, housekeeping tidied up our space everyday. Luigi, the owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, thank you Luigi! Breakfast was great as well, the staff are very kind.

Stop looking for another property in Sorrento and stay here. Luigi is the best host ever!!! Sent us several communications before we got there to make sure we had all the details we needed. Great location and a quiet room. AC worked like a freezer! Breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at Donna Sofia and thoroughly enjoyed the food and live entertainment from two musicians that popped in. If you will explore the Amalfi Coast, stay here and take buses and ferries to other towns. No need to rent a car. And this place could be called “Luigi Flats” since he is such an exceptional ambassador for this hotel.

This property was on the center of it all. Felt very authentic. The manager/owner/man behind the texts lol, had his staff meet me at the top of the elevator to help me walk my luggage to the hotel. I was so tired of carrying my luggage everywhere in Italy for 2 weeks.

The hotel is clean, conformable, safe, well furnished, and conveniently located. The breakfast is really good with pastries, coffee made to order, fresh fruit, and many other items available for guest. I can't say enough about Luigi and his staff. They made us feel feel very welcome and helped coordinate transportation and other activities. The location is in the center of Sorrento, offering numerous dining and shopping options. Next time we are in Sorrento we hope to stay again at Sorrento Flats.

Our stay at Sorrento Flats was exceptional. From the moment I booked, Luigi was in contact with us to make sure that we would have everything we needed for our trip. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home and knew all the best spots to visit in Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well (a necessity for Sorrento in August) and the shower was much better than other places we have stayed in Italy. Every morning, there was a breakfast buffet with delicious homemade sweets. The location is great, with many restaurants and the marina all within a short walk. The only downside is that the parking is around a 10 minute walk away, which was tiring in the heat. However, Luigi's staff came to meet us at the parking lot and helped us bring our suitcases to make it much easier for us! Overall, truly outstanding service and a memorable stay. Next time we visit Sorrento, we will definitely try to book at Sorrento Flats again!

After getting scammed at another hotel, the rental company helped us book last minute at Sorrento Flats and I am so grateful they did! Luigi truly made our stay fantastic. Luigi was a great host, he gave us many suggestions for food etc and the recommendations he gave turned out to be fabulous. Location is excellent, walkable to everything.
