Clean room

The room was clean and staff was helpful. The service and amenities are good enough for the price

Staff were excellent ,very very helpful .

Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price.

The hotel is absolutely outdated. The reality is different from what you are seeing on pictures. Main business of hotel is groups only. No attention on individual travelers and on their reservation . Whatever you reserved they give you low grade room by saying " this is what's available". Staff is talking to group leaders only .4 months in advance I booked room with balkoney. The day I arrive same room was two and a half times cheaper They said no return money .
