Spend most of my stay waiting for a room just to receive one where I could barely use its bathroom. Will never recommend this property to no one. If you are still thinking about it just choose other properties with far better service.

Busy resort near but not on the beach. Gym is a very small but pool was lovely, if a bit crowded.

I can honestly say Cap Mahdia exceeded all my expectations,just wow. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in good hands. Here are the highlights of my stay: Flawless Service & Honest Pricing: The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were genuinely helpful—not just fishing for tips. In fact, I often had to insist on tipping them! Plus, unlike many other hotels, there were zero hidden fees. What you see is what you get. Multilingual Staff: Every staff member I interacted with spoke multiple languages effortlessly (English, French, Russian, and more), making communication totally stress-free. Clean Rooms with Great Views: My room was spotless, comfortable, and featured a beautiful view. Unbelievable All-Inclusive Food: The dining options were incredible! The buffet had a huge variety: Italian, Indian, and authentic Tunisian food (the couscous was amazing!). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently delicious every day. Prime Location: You are literally steps away from the beach. Walk out of the hotel, and your feet are in the sand! They provide sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. It’s also within easy walking distance to local stores, restaurants, and the main Corniche. Great Entertainment & Amenities: The pool area is pristine, and the animation team keeps things lively with fun activities for both kids and adults, both at the pool and along the beach. Hôtel dans le secteur touristique de la ville à quelques kilomètres de la médina. Il y a des restaurants autour mais tout est disponible à l’hôtel conçu pour accueillir beaucoup de monde. La piscine est magnifique et l’hôtel est à pied de plage. On peut se promener autour mais il n’y a que des commerces touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet où on peut manger de tout. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec une terrasse d’où on peut observer la mer bleue méditerranéenne.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room had little to no internet access, the air conditioning barely worked, and the overall experience fell far below what was advertised. I booked and paid for a half-board (demi-pension) package that included breakfast and dinner, but the food quality was poor and portions appeared to be rationed. Even more unacceptable, no drinking water was provided during dinner. In this climate, not providing guests with water during a meal is unreasonable. If water is not included with dinner, the hotel should clearly disclose that before guests book!!! The shuttle service was also not as advertised. It was unreliable and did not match the description provided when booking. If transportation is one of the reasons you’re choosing this hotel, don’t rely on the shuttle service. I would not recommend anyone spend their money here, especially considering the rates they charge. There are far better hotels and services in the area offering much better value and service. It’s disappointing to see what this property has become under its current management.

Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!
