The pool was not being properly cared for it looked like it needed to be clean and the elevators didn’t work so we had to use the stairs. Plus the food was not kept up on at breakfast time and it didn’t taste very good.

Mold covered bathroom ceiling. Dirt & Grim in bathroom. unwashed bedding, stained shower curtain. Guess there is a rat problem as there were rat traps outside as well as inside the hotel. bathroom faucet barely trinkled out. The pool water was green and cold (not heated as advertised) and ladder was broke.There is no hot tub, only certain rooms with in room hot tubs. There was an exposed outlet hanging off the wall in pool area. Breakfast was microwaved frozen food to which was served to us still partially frozen (eggs, potatoes and biscuits). elevator was not working,hallways smelled like marijuana. Staff was never at the front desk and were always in the back room hanging out. As soon as we arrived and saw the state of the hotel, we asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and were denied. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place was terrible! The smoke detectors were ripped out of the ceiling. Chipped paint on the ceiling. Plaster on the walls in the hallways. The carpet is very dirty and buckled up in the hallways. The elevators did not work. we were scared to go to sleep with people yelling in the hallway all night.

I’ve stayed here twice. the first time was great, only thing was the breakfast area was dirty both times. but this time i was very disappointed… my boyfriend and I were on vacation, hence why we were sleeping in.. but every day housekeeping came earlier and earlier, banging on the door and quite literally coming in while we were sleep. They should come at a scheduled (acceptable) time each day not when the main is rising. Will only come back here if I am on an extreme budget.

Pool was missing steps on the ladder. They did not have anything blocking it or showing that the steps to go in the water qere not there. The lighting in the pool area was very dim so you couldnt tell. The property was covered in trash. Guests were all around the doors in the parking lot smoking weed. The staff were super unprofessional and ignored all of my concerns. The rooms smelled. I walked into mine with trash in there. It was an awful experience.

Wanted to save on a hotel for a college visit. This hotel was economical, but was genuinely shabby. Stayed 3 nights, had to move out room 107 due to noise and absolutely filthy shower head. Moved upstairs to a quieter room and had one day where they simply didn’t get to room to make up beds or change towels. When I called down to desk, I net told me their cleaners were gone and I could come down to pick up towels. Had to use stairs throughout, elevator as broken. In the end, I got even less than what I payed for. Won’t repeat this mistake when visiting son in college again. This hotel is very tired.

Stairways were incredibly dirty with food and litter. However it was cleaned the next day. Lots of noisy kids being loud til all hours. Elevator was out of service. Staff was okay. Barely spoke English.

The hotel was older and definitely dated. It was the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. We booked it to use the pool for the night with our kids. The pool while still accessible, was dingy and not very clean. There were crumbs outside of rooms, the bedside lampshade had some kind of stain on it. The window was broken. I honestly left there feeling very dirty. And again, we booked so our kids could go swimming and have a fun night away from home, so it wasnt the most expensive, but it was not worth what i payed. Also, the room above me from about 11pm until almost 2am sounded like a herd of elephants walking. It was so loud. I tried to contact the desk 3 times and got no answer. The elephants stared again at 630. It was so rude and obnoxious.
