Very nice staff and room was clean. The hotel smelled great and the breakfast was nice with Belgium waffles. The hallways could've used a vacuum, something you notice right away. All in all a great stay.

Staff was pleasant. Hotel needs updating. Bed was clean and comfortable but carpet was bad. I would not walk barefoot on it. It smelled sour in the room. Bathroom was clean but run down. The room was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for. Was fine for one night passing through on a longer trip. Breakfast was good and that area was clean.

Had no hot water. Management wasn’t even aware of the problem (2 of 3 boilers not working). Even office staff commented their shower was cold but never did anything about it. Said we were the only ones that said anything. We were there for two nights. When they found out -fixed quickly.

Could stand a good cleaning.

Poop on the toilet seat, visible water damage on the wall in the hallway by our 1st room door. The floor was littered with rolly pollies. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. The new room included dirty carpet and food on the table from previous customers. The beds were comfy and bug free.

I would not stay there again BECAUSE, we left for the day and when we can back from our day out, the beds were not made, wet towel were still in bathroom and trash was still in cans. When I called the office, I was told that they don't make-up the room unless you request it. So now I'm straitening up the room at 9:00 at night. Not happy!!
