We were very pleased with our stay there except for the breakfast. We booked the presidential suite. It was in great shape and very spacious. Our only complaint would be that there was loud music playing in the lobby until 11:30 at least and it could be heard from our room. Otherwise the room was great. We'd definitely book it again. The breakfast was not that great. The bagels were hard as rocks and not edible and there was no spray for the waffle makers so it was difficult to get the waffles out when cooked. Additionally only 2 of the slots for the toaster worked. Would this stop us from staying there again? No. The staff at check in and checkout were very nice and super sweet. We are looking at staying there again in the future.

We had an issue during our stay (10/10-10/12, issue was on 10/11) when the room next to us was very, very loud (as in, screaming, shouting, laughing, etc, super duper loudly) when we were trying to sleep. I called the front desk and the gentleman on duty took care of the issue right away! We could hear him from the hallway and he handled the issue very respectfully and professionally. I think his name was Viday. Excellent employee!!

I do like the hotel the morning front desk lady Alyssa was great. But the overnight clerk was rude and disrespectful. He dont need to work in customer service. I will call before i stay here again because if he is working i will not stay.

Skunky! Funky! Slithering! Oh My!

Don't let the name Radisson fool you! Go straight to the hotel site otherwise you WILL be the 3rd party fighting to get your money refunded. I tried two rooms. Each room & hallways smelled like Marijuana & skunk! The bath tub was disgusting. I felt like it was "Red Light" district! The walls & handle features had dirty fingerprints, snot, & God knows what else! Cushions on the Furniture was old, flat & gross! I had my 76 yo. mom with me. She was exhausted. Our plane landed @ 9:30 am. Check in was @ 3pm. We spent time with family all day. Leaving in hopes of checking into a clean, bright, & fresh air room. Greeted by a nasty snake skin @ front door! We finally found a room @ Holiday Inn. I spent another 1200 bucks for the week. Still waiting for my refund from Hotels.com. Idk about all of you? Not many people have an extra 1200 bucks to throw down. It was my husbands life ins. money. Which explains the family visit.

The room was fairly clean, and the shower was good. The hotel looked like it hadn't been renovated in 30 years. During our four night stay there was no maid service. I don't mind if the sheets aren't changed each day, but no one even came in to see if we needed new towels, to minimally make the bed, etc.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was dirty, tub was stained and they only clean the room every three days so we did not receive service while we were there. The in room phone did not work. The tv did not work but staff was able to show us how to get it to work. We stayed on a weekend and people next door were arguing and fighting loudly all night from 10 pm to 6 am. I don’t recommend this hotel.
