AVOID THIS HOTEL

This one night stay was terrible. Upon check-in, a posted sign said that pool was closed. Lobby Women's room was OOC. First credit card reader didn't work. 3rd floor ice maker OOC. My reservation was for three adults and room only had towels for two. It took me four phone calls and three actual trips to front desk to finally get the third set of towels. The room had a partially used roll of toilet paper and no spare/replacement rolls. Avoid this hotel!

I injured my finger quite badly, because the 2nd floor elevator button ripped the skin off of my index finger. It told two members of the staff, who offered no help or even an apology. Generally, the hotel is in poor shape. My room carpet was wet, the elevator floor was sticky, none of the ice machines worked, there are construction areas not closed off, and the television signal would lose sync occasionally. Would not recommend.

Do not stay here under any circumstances! This building should be condemned! The shower had brown muddy water coming out and I have a video to prove it. I had to check out it was so unsanitary and unlivable. STAY AWAY!!!

Biggest issue is that there were no towels. None in our room when we arrived. Woman in front of us asked for some and was told that housekeeping hadn’t finished them before leaving and IF they could get more ready they’d bring them to her room. It was already 11 pm at that point. Not sure how they expected people to shower. Gentleman at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Room looked nice and seemed clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner- mineral buildup and stains around sink and in the tub. Hair (not ours) on floor of bathroom. Pool is always closed. The lobby area seating and tables look nice.

This property is under construction. As we walkers to our room we noticed damaged walls in the hallway, exposed wires, staining on the blinds. As we entered the room, it was stifling and stinky. There was a dried contact on the floor. Again there was staining, dust, shower insert was coming away from wall. There was no hand soap and all of the body soap/shampoo/conditioners were empty. There were no sheets for the pull out couch and there were only 2 bath towels available in the room (for a 5 person room). After almost 2 hours the room still had not cooled off. We went to the front desk and they accommodated us with a smaller room however it was a comfortable temperature and appeared to be in better condition and the hand soap/shower soaps were stocked. There was a basic continental breakfast that was suitable.

The desk clerk displayed absolutely no interest and avoided eye contact. This place looks and feels like that they’re about to be closed. Hotel.com listed that they had a pool, but upon arrival we were told that the pool is permanently closed.

I reserved a room that was suppose to have a king and pull out for us- 3 adults. I was told that they only had a room with a king bed and that was “what Expedia reserved for us.” Apparently, because it’s a 3rd party booking nothing could be done. I showed that Wxpedia sent me an email that indicated I had a king and a pull out. Was told I could reserve another online again but couldn’t even pay the difference to get another room with enough beds for everyone. I asked for a cot and they are all being used. Let’s just say… I’m not happy and not well rested. Very disappointing!

Worst hotel experience ever!

This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The people in the room above us were stomping around so loud, I didn't fall asleep the first night until 3:30am. The next morning when i requested a room change, the woman at the front desk was so rude and made me feel like I was being such an inconvenience. She said she'd call me to let me know if we could change rooms, and she never called. When we returned that evening, our upstairs neighbors were still so loud. I went back down to the front desk and requested a room change (again). The gentleman was extremely rude and made a huge fuss about us changing rooms at 11pm. He said he "went up" to the room above us the night before and didn't hear anything. Pretty much accusing me of lying about their noise. We did switch rooms, and the second room was 100% better, but the workers were so rude and disrespectful about it all. They made me feel as if I was in the wrong for being bothered by the noise. Again, this trip was absolutely awful. We will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

The place was packed and filthy. The main areas had not been vacuumed, and trash was everywhere inside and out. We had two suites, and in one, the living room area was actually raining from the ceiling. The rain had happened before because the ceiling was patched and painted. There were other rooms available, so we could not move from this room. The second room was ok, but not appropriately cleaned. It was pretty gross, but we made the best of it because there were no other options in town, since all other options were booked. I would never stay here again! I waited to post my review until after we got home to ensure we did not get bedbugs or any other unwanted infestations.
