Just very noisy neighbors and felt like thin walls. But the quiet hours, wish those had been enforced better, I was woken up multiple times between midnight and 3am.

Brooke in the front - professional. Cleaning staff- also professional & offered nice clean rooms. I liked being on the 4th floor by the stairs cuz I utilize the stairs. However, there were quite a few of what appeared to be those "kissing bugs" that would crawl out of the air conditioner every time it came on, so...not so great. I killed 10 of them during my 2 day stay. Other than that a fabulous relaxing stay.

We did use the laundry service. Convenient but I did notice mold inside the washer. We also noticed the pool area was a bit dirty and the floors could use a good scrub. Other than that, our room was confortable and felt clean

Rooms were very clean and nice, the facility was similarly clean and well cared for. Curtains had the option of black out or light filtering. There were 2 work station options in my room which was 2 double/ queen beds. The tv had a connectivity port and there were ample outings for charging multiple devices. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Pillows, mattress, and bedding were all comfortable and soft. The room, hallway, and property were well lit. Breakfast during the week is order at the lobby restaurant style.

Property overall is well kept and clean. Room cleaning was terrific. Dining, bar staff and desk staff seriously understaffed. Young bartender serving food that sickened us. Untrained making cocktails. Beer and wine assortment pitiful. The lack of training created a serious health hazard and an unsatisfactory experience. Free laundry included a dryer that did not dry. Everyone working there knew about it but nothing had been fixed. Wasted a half a day of my vacation on wet clothes. Ice machine closed for repairs and nobody at the front desk knew about it. Subpar attention.
