Bed was nice. Pillows were terrible. the AC in the front room went out. Was annoying. Fortunately the AC in the bedroom managed to cool the entire place. Other than that the space was nice. Long business trip and having a suite was helpful.

Jamie sent a welcome text and asked how was everything. I appreciated that. He was quick to resolve the small issue that I had. My grandbabies loved the pool.

This place has bed bugs! I noticed really small bugs that were crawling around in the bathroom when i woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I took pictures because I wasnt sure what bed bugs looked like. I still took precautions when I got home just incase and tried not to freak out about it but after looking up pictures of bed bugs I'm positive thats what they are. We were in room 411.

There was hair all over the carpet like it no been vacuumed. The kitchen floor was sticky. There was a black plastic stuff all over one of the sheets on the bed to the point we could not sleep on it. Staff was very nice.

Room and area were good The only point i want to make is for breakfast… all was good except when we asked for refilling stuff we were told that last refill is at 8:40 for a 9 breakfast close

This is such a beautiful hotel. So accommodating in all categories. I had an extremely untimely hotel change for my daughter’s birthday swim party that lead to this booking, the beautiful soul Sara understood my situation and gladly waived the incidental fee; I could have cried. Thank you! I love Home2!!!
