When we arived we were greeted by Angela. She was extremely friendly and always greeted us when we saw her and made sure our every need was met. The room was beautiful and clean. The view of town was awesome. We didn't get to see the view from the roof because there was an event up there Saturday night and no access on Sunday because the restaurant was closed. That was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we selected Hotel Elkhart. I would recommend this place to anyone and would choose it again if we return.

The lobys look great, the room dark not enough light. need to iinnstall can lights in celling. TV the worst tryed to watch a football game, tv kept staling freese picture got know off screen. had to turn off and start again. Restruant brekfast1/2 hour for food, one other group in there. Our expection of Hilton a lot higher then this hotel provides

The hotel was very nice. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be happy that they were working there. Not always the case these days. Rooms were very clean. It is located in a very nice area with plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. There is a beautiful riverwalk a block away. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view in the evening. Definitely a must. Overall a great weekend. We will be back!

There is a covered parking garage next to the hotel. Check in and check out were very simple. The restaurant on the 1st floor is open for breakfast and lunch and is very affordable and quite good. The room was nice and the bathroom was brightly lit. On the negative side the room smelled stale and there were no towel bars in the bathroom.
