No room service at all…room was a little dusty in corner, behind bathroom door. Breakfast was good, area was clean. A/C squeaky, when I asked the manager after two nights he barely lifted his head from his iPhone, said he would check it that day, never heard from him. Listened to it next two nights. Elderly lady there at night was very unhappy, not very customer friendly. Outside concrete busted up, columns base broken flower beds unkept, weedy. Considering there are so many hotels in the area, I would not recommend or stay there again!

The place was nice but said room slept 5 with a window bed when we arrived the window bed cushions weren't available because they were dirty. So it didn't really sleep 5 as stated.

it was the worst hotel ever. very rude lady who told me it's never the child's fault and my daughter is autistic. my daughter said hi and nothing!!! I asked what time breakfast is and was very rudely told it's on your card! just not recommended to anyone. go to Baymont a lot better all the way around!!!

Breakfast was surprisingly good!
Nice staff, clean rooms. Although breakfast is a simple spread, but it had a good variety and hearty options, especially when compared to the breakfast of other similar hotels that only offer you a few toasts & oatmeal packets. We were happily satiated :)
