Had people in the hallway yelling and screaming all night. Being very threatening to staff. Using very racial slurs and threatening violence. Also had their child who was about 3, running up and down the hall screaming till around midnight. I got this all on video. Hotel itself wasn’t terrible. Neighbors…..HORRIBLE

I have never stayed at a motel where the staff at the front desk was rude and disrespectful! He was not personal able had an attitude.The kicker is he was the owner! Paid a 20 dollar deposit in case of damages went to the front desk to return the key cards and to get my deposit back He said he had to check the room after 5 minutes he came back and said there was damage He showed me the picture it was a spot of my makeup on the sheet it only gave me half my deposit back it was horrible he was not nice about it I explain to him that makeup comes out I get out of my stuff all the time it was one tiny spot and he acted like it was the end of the world it was so disheartening and I was so upset and so angry at the fact that he kept going talking over me and it just seemed like he wanted to rip me off I will never stay there again!

Upgrades needed

Burn holes in the top "blanket" fitted sheets were stained. No bugs seen so that was a plus. Shower was sufficient. Only had 1 partial role of toilet paper. Had to get some from front desk. Flooring didnt reach the wall. It looked like someones brother or cousin knew how to do the maintenence on the property. It was almost everything expected from a cheap hotel room.
