Lots of small problems with the room. Oddest one; when we tried to follow the instructions to call the front desk to get the Internet password, the room phone had no dial tone because it had no cord to connect it to the phone jack. Also the desk chair was missing one of its five roller wheels (not broken - missing entirely), the tub had rust stains, the room darkening shade didn't fully cover the window so a lot of light leaked in (a problem when the window faces I-90), the toilet was not firmly affixed to the floor so it rattled when you sat on it (though it worked fine, no leak). Lots of minor stuff that didn't make it hard to stay there but how did all of this go unattended? Nonetheless, for the price we were paying, we did feel like we got our money's worth. This was supposed to be get off the highway, sleep, quick breakfast, and get back on the road, and we got that.

None of the 3 ice machines working.dirty hallways stairs run out of eggs by 8 am, if any.doors slamming at 5 to 6 am. Need to do something about the mechanisms, ruins your day when it happens

First room smelled like smoke. Second room had stained sheets, use some bleach. Don’t give excuses as to why you don’t have unstained sheets. Other hotels do it no problem, use some bleach. Hair all over the bathroom. Had to request room be cleaned 3 times before someone actually cleaned it, and only after being reminded 14 hours later. Pick somewhere else, not worth the savings.

I liked that it was so close to a lot of fast food restaurants and campus. The breakfast is not great with very few options and even though it goes through 9:30, there was almost no food when I went down at 9:00. The room also did not feel super clean. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it is not bad for the price.

This property is not how they advertise , the bathrooms are dirty and smell & there was a stain on the sheet that should’ve been washed before putting on the bed . It was right in the middle as soon as I pulled the sheets back.
