I only gave a 3 because I did have a rather big issue. But the morning manager was very helpful, sincerely apologetic and offered assistants. The hotel itself, the staff, the breakfast was all great.

I have stayed at this location on a few occasions…never again!!!The room itself was dingy and unkept. Shower curtain was literally falling apart and worn. Peeling paint and no attention to detail cleaning. But far worse is the fact that in my 2 night stay I amassed 25 + bug (flea or bed bug) bites. This hotel is a stain on the brand . And makes me reconsider staying at any of the other brands under the company’s umbrella!!!

Best hotel we have stayed at pre-cruise! Beautiful place, great employees convenience of store, bar/restaurant, and alcohol sales. Free cruise shuttle if you go at 10 or 11. Breakfast was wonderful!

I usually do not leave reviews. But this place is in need of so many updates and repairs it should really just be torn down. The room was ok clean, the linens were clean. The hallway carpets dirty. The bathtub was very slippery and unsafe to shower. Dismal lighting. The "courtyard" dead and unsightly. Quite a depressing place.

Worst room I’ve ever stayed in

I stayed there last year and it was a wonderful motel this year different room biggest piece of crap Room I’ve ever stayed in and I’m in my late 60s. The room had an odor you can see the bathtub floor was beat up. The shower curtains were ripped up the curtains Had been washed but not put on correctly. The door was missing pieces of the wood laminate in the bathroom trim was cracked door to the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable. You fell into the middle of them. Bad mattresses box springs made noises as you got in or out of bed

This hotel had great service. Understand what you are paying for, we just got a basic king room for an overnight sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we did not have any issues whatsoever. It’s not the most modern and up to date, but a nice spot to rest our heads for few hours. The breakfast was awful!
