The hotel was dirty, the elevator was not in use and the ice machine wasn't working. While trying to sleep the neighboring hotel rooms were loud and people were banging on the walls. Each time I went to the front desk there was noone there.

You get what you pay for. The only things that prevented it from sliding into "Bad" were the comfortable bed and hot shower. I didn't want to remove my shoes as the floor was dirty and desperately needed replacing. The lobby stinks of weed, cleaning fluid, and something that smells like an old oil deep fry takeout joint. The room smelled terrible, and I felt dirty by association, staying there.

The staff was very friendly. I had a comfortable and good nights rest on a clean mattress with no issues in the room. I see they are working on a few updates and also we could not use the fitness center but it looks like they are working on it.

The current owner of the property is just bleeding the cash off the property which is in serious decline. They will either abandon or sell the property in the near future to be either torn down or go through a total remodel.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. Though the water in the pool and hot tub were clear there was lots of dirt, sand, and things at the bottom of both. The water in the pool was also to low and very cold. The inside of the hotel was dirty and not being kept up. My room seemed clean but the stairs and the halls were not.

This was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 37 years alive on this earth. The room was absolutely filthy!! The jacuzzi tub was disgusting upon arrival. Then after 2 hours of jacuzzi cleaning inside and out. I went to pull the bedding down and the comforter was soaked in huge urine spots on the bottom side of the comforter. It then a started to reek of old urine. The smell was foul and the pictures I took of the comforter is sickening.OSHA/The Health Department needs to shut that hotel down. I have stayed at many, many hotels both high end and also bottom of the barrel. This room dove below the bottom of the barrel checkpoints. Hope they fired whoever was “cleaning” those rooms cause whoever is responsible for RM 221’s cleanliness is one foul human being!!!

The stay was sub par. We were checked into a room that was not clean. Shower had pubic hair in it from previous guest. The pool was ice cold like a glass of water. There was dirt inthe pool and hot tube. The guest services did not want provide towels for pool. No coffee pot in room. Hotel looks nothing like the online pictures.
