Definitely spacious 1 bedroom suite. Only issue was a broken mirror on closet could be a hazard. We did not have any additional toilet paper and ran out in middle of the night at 2am. Nice safe property conveniently located near food and shopping. No free breakfast for extra amount only.

The girl checking people in was extremely rude to some of the people checking in. If it was for her the stay was great. She truely needs to change her attitude when working with the public. I worked in retail for 40 years and as much as I felt like it never disrespected anyone loke she did. So other then your desk people it was a great stay. Really love the place. Room was great and kids loved the pool.

Was overall great, we will always come back. Knocking off a star because the room was not ready by check-in time, messing with our plans while we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Also, the screws on one hinge on a bathroom door had popped out. Easy repair with some longer screws, but meant the door couldn’t be closed during our stay.

Toilet paper ran out I went through a private party paid for a suite w 2room 2king beds and still had to pay for breakfast. That’s new as soon as I get a bigger suite. That’s a lot of money to pay for no complementary breakfast.

It would be nice if there were more of these around the country. I absolutely loved this stay. The bathtub for taking a shower was my favorite. Super clean, roomy and updated. Breakfast (although not complimentary) was tastey and staff was very accomodating. The next time im in the area i will most definitely book here

Large hot tub separate from pool area so there aren’t any kids running around everywhere.Large soaking bath tubs and the beds are super comfortable. Pillows were firm but soft. Best TVs that I’ve seen in any hotel rooms.
