Food was left out in the hallway for hours, and the carpet along the hall was littered with crumbs. We thought it was only the hall, but when we got into our room, we found toenail clippings on the floor by the bed. It was so nasty that we went to TJ Maxx to buy our own bedding. Drunk people were yelling and partying all night. When other guests tried to intervene, they were screamed at. They said it was non-smoking, but the smoke stench lingered in the lobby and hallways from everyone smoking. Nasty.

It’s a place to sleep for the night. The staff is great, the location/parking is easy, rooms are clean, but the rooms could use an upgrade, and the interior, and especially the exterior of the building needs major renovations. But if you just need a place to crash, it will do just fine for that.

Had pre paid reservations for two rooms was informed at check in by a very polite and friendly front desk individual that Expedia was selling rooms online and the Hotel was sold out so I was only getting one room. This caused one of the people to drive 2 1/2 hours back home and miss the scheduled event planned on Sunday October 13. The hotel room condition was not what I should be paying for, entered thru a side door that was impossible to close securely behind. The condition of the room was ok - clean bed and overall clean. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth about using Expedia for future hotel bookings and staying at a Red Roof Inn plus hotel.

Hallway not vacuumed each day. For the price paid each night, beds not made again or bathrooms freshened up. Faucet not work well. Sink drain smelled, window first floor locks broken. Smoking right outside doors to facility. Rooms over $300 per night! Won’t be staying there again.

Exceptionally dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, not surprising since the ac was off and the fan in the bathroom was out of service. We endend up both with illnesses the next day and have trouble breathing.

When we arrived in our hotel room, there was visible dirt on the floor. The tub in the bathroom also had dirt/grime that I did not feel like showering due to the conditions. The staff was friendly, and the bedding/towels were clean.
