I have to say this worst stay we’ve had. When we checked in, the young girl at the front desk was more interested in talking to a boy that was there than checking us in. She argued that I had to pay through Expedia, even though my reservation clearly stated to pay at the property. When we went to go to our room, the key didn’t work. Mind you we had family that was staying there and had the same problem as did other people we observed checking in. I went to get a new key, no apologies. When we got into our room, we were horrified to see there were several places that the ceiling was getting ready to collapse, including a corner that appeared to have mold. In the bathroom, there was caked urine on the toilet seat and feces under the rim. I called the front desk to report all the issues we were having, there were no other available rooms. They gave us a $50 discount, but I would rather have not stayed there. I’m suspect that the sheets were not even changed. Bathroom door did not shut all the way and there was gum on the ceiling. The girl working the front desk then told me that I needed to bring down my credit card because, surprise, I needed to put one down to pay for our room. I reported how disgusting the bathroom was; she said she’d clean it that did not happen.I am so disgusted and disappointed by our stay. It was close to $300 without the discount. I don’t know that I will ever stay at another property under this brand name. Stay away!
