We had a handy, clean room that was close to everything!

Enjoyed my stay at Gilmer

Bed we’re Comfortable and room had good heating. Room needs so work done to it. Especially bathroom no heater or fan. Had hole in wall by bath must of been flooded at some stage. Bath needed cleaning before kids could use. Hair and dead ants in there. Also tray for utensils has heaps of crumbs in. I think some room like in photos have be done up but not this room. Also having pool right outside room not ideal for my child like to play in water also is kids were in supervised could get chair and climb right in.

Immaculately clean, excellent location and friendly, communicable staff. Highly recommend!

Second time staying here -clean, spacious and well-equipped. With kitchenette, we could cook and enjoy our meals in the room.

Poor value for money compared to other similar Hotels. Lighting too dark, especially in bathroom, really loud wind noise and shaking, no space to put washbag in bathroom. Cups and glasses too small.

Good locale, good parking, room and bathroom was great. With 'luxury' in the title should use higher quality products in bathroom and kitchen.
