Wonderful SPACIOUS spotless unit with full kitchen, table and chair set, lovely forest view deck, two bathrooms, separate bedrooms and a comfortable sleep sofa!! Only problem was that there was no elevator to take our pieces of luggage to the third level. And we are Senior citizens! Otherwise, a great facility!

Overall, a nice stay with great amenities.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, BUT we called before to see if our room was ready before we headed there to check in and whoever answered the phone was SO rude. It really put a damper to the start of our stay. The hotel itself had a lot of great amenities except the outdoor pool and activities close when the sun starts to set which we found odd. The arcade was also closed during our stay. Found quite a few ants and bugs in our room, but aside from that and a stuffy smell it felt somewhat clean. Lots of space, loved that we had a 2-floor villa. Overall a good stay, just could use some improvements.

Good for a girls trip!

We loved the comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and common room was comfortable too. We didn't use any of the other amenities, but there were quite a few options that looked appealing. Convenient to Lenox which was our primary destination for dining and shopping.
